Land Use, Land-Use Change and Forestry (LULUCF)
Definition:
Land Use, Land-Use Change and Forestry (LULUCF) is a greenhouse gas inventory sector that covers emissions and removals of greenhouse gases resulting from direct human-induced land use, land-use change and forestry activities except emissions and removals from the agriculture sector. AFOLU, a broader category consolidates agriculture with LULUCF.
