Green Tree Python in Borneo
Like the boa constrictor, the python uses constriction to kill its prey. Snakes do not chew their food. Snakes have a flexible lower jaw which allows them to open their mouths wide enough to swallow their prey whole, even if the prey is larger than the snake itself. previous | tour index | next [Image 25 of 52] |
